Our Property Management Promise

Looking to rent out your apartment hassle-free? Or simply want to have your property managed for your own use? Then please do contact us. At MyFrenchChalet we know that owning a chalet or apartment in a ski resort is not a cheap exercise; we are owners ourselves. Using our experience as ski property management consultants we promise to try to maximise rents for your property. We also promise you peace of mind by keeping your property in the condition you leave it, so you can enjoy your own stays and know your property is being looked after when you are not there. We can also manage small or large renovations to your chalet to bring it up to a high standard or can simply furnish a new build for you!

How Do I Sign Up?

It’s easy to sign up to MyFrenchChalet. Just email us a brief specification of your property – the resort, exact location, number of bedrooms and bathrooms and any special features – and we will get in touch with you to get you on board.

How Much Does It Cost?

Please email us and we can send you our management costs and commission charges for bookings made through us. We can make payments in EUR or GBP depending on your mortgage requirements.

As well as our holiday client websites, we have an owner Admin site to help you view bookings made for your apartment, to reserve dates for your own holiday and view your property account. Equipping an Apartment - Leave it to MyFrenchChalet

Once you have purchased your property, MFC can organise everything to get your apartment ready for rental. We have the experience and contacts to know what furniture is required, how it should be arranged, where to buy it, and if necessary whom to contact to fit it. Once you have signed initial sales agreement, you need not lift a finger, saving you stress, time and money. We know exactly what is required for a good rental specification and we can even set up telephone and broadband connections on your behalf. Clients who have instructed us to equip their apartment have been very pleased with the results, others who did it themselves have said to us afterwards: "If we had to do this again we would definitely use you guys!".

We offer the following options, all based on typical MGM new build apartment in France. Option 1 for 2-4 berth (2 piece) price from EUR 6000, options 2 and 3 for 4-6 berth ('3 piece' or '2 piece plus cabine') price from EUR 8500, option 4 and 5 for 6-8 berth ('4 piece' or '3 piece plus cabine') price from EUR 12000.
