Perched on the sunny hill below Le Brevent ski area, this chalet not only offers dramatic views of the Mont Blanc massif (Aiguille du Midi, Mont Blanc and Les Drus), but has the advantages of being a standalone chalet in the centre of Chamonix, with the Brevent ski area and ample shops/ restaurants on it's doorstep. From the huge sun terrace or lounge you can even watch the Aiguille du Midi cable car going up and down to the station 12,000ft above! Yet the chalet still offers tranquillity and seclusion. It is newly built, bright and airy throughout plus tastily furnished with modern Savoyard furniture. You can see Mont Blanc virtually from every room! It is about a 4 minute walk to the Brevent ski lift and the Maison de la Montagne - the main ski school. A 2 minute walk from the chalet are the Chamonix bus ski stops, which service the main ski areas in the Chamonix valley. The chalet is built on 3 levels and has 4 bedrooms and 4 bathrooms - allowing a maximum of 9 guests to stay very comfortably. Three of the bedrooms can be king sized doubles or 2 large singles plus have French windows leading onto balconies with Mont Blanc views. The 4th bedroom is a twin. Each bedroom also has table and chairs enabling reading/ work time if required. All bathrooms are modern and if there is not a bath tub then there is a walk-in modern shower. The ground floor consists of a huge garage, boot and ski room plus washing machine/ dryer area. The first floor consists of bedroom 1 (twin/ double) plus bathroom, lounge (2 sofas, satellite TV/ DVD plus log fire), a dining area, kitchen plus French windows leading to the huge terrace.
