La Ginabelle 2 apartments benefit from their location and also nearby
facilities. Built in local Savoyard stone and wood, this complex has a free bus
stop just outside for quick and easy access to the ski areas as well as being
just a short walk to the abundance of eating and drinking venues in the centre
of Chamonix. Only 5 minutes walk to the Savoy lift, La Ginabelle 2 also offers
the most fabulous views of Mont Blanc. This luxury Chamonix apartment is in a
newly built (opened 2002) MGM development in a fabulous location in the centre
of town. Despite its central location just a one-minute walk from the centre of
town, La Ginabelle 2 is set in its own grounds and therefore enjoys peaceful
surroundings. It is a small block but has 2 ski hire shops, 2 bakeries and a
restaurant and bar in the complex. The basement includes a secure ski locker.
There is a car park space available for use. The apartment offers spectacular
views of Mont Blanc and the Aiguilles du Midi. There is a Chamonix Ski bus-stop
20 metres away which services the main ski areas in the Chamonix valley; a 10
minute walk takes you to the Le Brevent lift and the Aiguille du Midi station is
just 5 minutes away. Ginabelle2C is an extremely light and spacious apartment
with fabulous views. The kitchen is fully equipped with a four-ring halogen hob,
extractor fan, large red SMEG fridge-freezer, conventional & microwave oven,
dishwasher, granite sink and plenty of cupboard storage. The lounge has a comfortable sofa
bed, large leather settee and ample seating around a wooden dining table. There
is a 25 inch flat screen Sony TV, Sony DVD player and Sony stereo plus sky
television is installed. Sliding patio doors take you out onto the balcony with
amazing views of Mont Blanc and Aiguille du Midi and the south west facing
aspect means day long sun light! Bedroom 1 has twin beds that can be zipped up to
form a double and a
built in wardrobe plus ample of drawer space. There is a mirror, shelf and
clothes hooks. Bedroom 2 has 2 full size bunk beds, full size mirror, storage
drawers, table plus and clothes hooks. A single bed can be moved into this room
if required (but at a squeeze!). The bathroom has a shower, full size
bath, full size basin, plenty of cupboards and a heated towel rack. There is a
separate W/C with a basin. The hall has an additional cupboard for extra storage. There are other apartments in the same building making larger groups possible.
