La Villa Miremont is located in the heart of Chamonix village with easy access to the ski areas as well as being just a short walk to the abundance of eating and drinking venues in the centre of Chamonix. The apartment is located within easy access to the lifts of Le Brévent/La Flégère, the cable car of the Aiguille du Midi. Villa Miremont is a luxury apartment and has been decorated in traditional wood and stone from the local area and tastefully furnished in a minimalist style. Breakfast in the sunshine on the balcony is a perfect way to start your day as you look across to the Aiguilles and the summit of Mont Blanc. The apartment, with its close proximity to Brévent, Flégère and other popular skiing, hiking and mountain biking regions of Chamonix makes it most suited to a family with young children or a group of friends. Despite its central location just a one-minute walk from the centre of town, La Villa Miremont is set in its own grounds and therefore enjoys peaceful surroundings. This luxury apartment sleeps up to six guests in one double and two twin bedrooms. Two bedrooms have en-suite shower rooms and there is a further bathroom with a bathtub and a separate toilet. The spacious open dining and living area, divided by the large sofa, provides a cosy and spacious living area to relax and enjoy the views of the surrounding mountains. The natural pine dining table has seating for 8 guests. Behind the breakfast bar there is access to a balcony which provides magical views of the village and the famous peaks of the Chamonix valley. The kitchen is fully quipped with a full-size oven, four-ring hob, dishwasher, fridge-freezer, washing machine and plenty of cupboard storage, as well as a large breakfast bar. There is a Stereo, TV, with a DVD player. Patio doors take you out onto the balcony where you can admire the best views of Chamonix up at Aiguille du Midi and Mont Blanc. The basement includes a secure ski locker. There is a secure underground car park space available or for useful secure storage for mountain bikes.
