Full Description
This Chamonix apartment, newly renovated in 2011, is located in the popular area of Chamonix Sud Village. The apartment's location offers fabulous views of the Le Brevent. It is located about 200 meters back from the main Chamonix high street, Rue Doctor Paccard. It is about a 10-minute walk to the Brevent ski lift and about a 5-minute walk to the Maison de la Montagne and a 2-minute walk to Aiguille du Midi. Just in front of the apartment block are the Chamonix bus ski stops, which service the main ski areas in the Chamonix valley. JonquilleA is finished to a superb standard in a modern contemporary way. The kitchen is fully equipped with a full-size oven, four-ring halogen hob, extractor fan, dishwasher, fridge-freezer and plenty of cupboard storage. The lounge has a comfortable sofa that converts into a double sofa bed, table and chairs for 4, a flat screen TV plus a CD and DVD player. Bedroom 1 has a double bed, shelving and ample storage. The bathroom is fully equipped with a bath with shower over it, full size basin, plenty of cupboards and a washing-machine, which has a quick wash cycle that completes in 30 minutes. There is also a separate WC in the apartment with a mirror. The hall also has a storage cupboard, clothes hooks and a full size mirror. The balcony allows you to relax at the end of a day in the mountains. There is also a private ski locker and parking can be arranged.
