This apartment was originally part of an old hotel in Chamonix and now is one of three high quality luxurious apartments to cater for families, professionals and corporate groups that seeks a relaxing holiday in the heart of the Chamonix valley. PlanardsC is a lovely spacious three bedroom apartment of 140sqm. PlanardsC is situated on the top floor of a residence right next to Les Planards piste with a private balcony and a view of the massif du Mont Blanc. This luxurious apartment with a modern touch is entirely furbished with high quality furniture by a leading Scandinavian gallery. The apartment consists of an open-plan fully equipped kitchen with fridge, induction hob, oven and dishwasher. The dining area seats eight people. The adjoining living room with two comfortable sofa and armchairs gives you the opportunity to relax and enjoy the wood-burning stove after a long day in the mountains. There is a 42 inch flat screen TV, DVD and WI-FI access. The french windows in the living/ dining area gives you direct access to a private balcony with a view over the massif du Mont Blanc, the sunset and the valley. PlanardsC has three bedrooms. One convertible double/ twin bedroom with a shared en-suite shower room. One twin bedroom. On the mezzanine level there is a convertible master double/ twin bedroom with an en-suite bathroom. An optional extra single bed can be made in an open area on the mezzanine level.The apartment also has a separate bathroom with toilet, large wash basin and bath with a showerhead. There is a large 60sqm sauna room available (with spa treatments) in the basement of the chalet. All linen is of top quality. The house has been in the Chamoniard family since 1910. Madame Cocco was born on the second floor in 1955 and now her family have carefully renovated it.
