Situated directly on the mountainside, next to the slopes, with magnificent views across the valley towards Mont Blanc, this wonderful setting allows you to ski right back to your door with the chairlift just a 1 minute ski away. ChantelK is inside one of four new MGM chalet style buildings (Alpage du Chantel 1, Alpage du Chantel 2, Residence d'Iseran and St Bernard) all forming a new village - Le Chantel - based just above Les Arcs 1800 centre on the Chantel ski lift. Situated at 1800m, Les Arcs is a superb snow-sure resort and is connected to La Plagne creating a huge ski area of over 400km of slopes (Paradiski). This development is located in a prime setting, which is on the slopes in the winter and on the golf course in the summer. It is also in walking distance to all amenities. The complex is linked to the village below by a regular shuttle bus or you can ski down in a few seconds. This is the perfect opportunity for anyone looking for ultimate ski in, ski out location. The walk into the centre of Les Arcs is 5 minutes down and approx 8 minutes up. The kitchen is fully equipped with a full-size oven, four-ring halogen hob, extractor fan, dishwasher, fridge-freezer and washer-dryer plus plenty of cupboard storage. The huge lounge has a 2 large comfortable sofas - one that can convert to a full size double sofa bed, 2 poofs, a large extendable farmer style dining table with ample seating around it for up to 10 people, plus 3 coffee tables, a large mirror, shelf and clothes hooks. It boasts a flat screen TV and DVD player plus a separate portable CD player. Sliding patio doors take you out onto an amazing balcony which has amazing views of Mont Blanc. Underneath the apartment is a private ski locker and parking. Bedroom 1 has a double bed and bedroom 2 has twin beds, both have built in wardrobes and drawers, plus shelves and clothes hooks. Bedroom 1 also has an en-suite bathroom with a basin, shower, WC, mirror, heater and storage plus French windows to take you out onto the balcony. Bedroom 3 is a triple bedroom with a full size set of bunks plus 2 single beds - one pulls out from the underneath of the other, a built in wardrobe and plenty of drawer storage. The bathroom is fully equipped with a bath with shower over it, full size basin, plenty of cupboards and a heated towel rack. There is also a separate WC in the apartment with a basin. The hall has an additional cupboard for extra storage. The superb thing about this residence is it has on-site an amazing indoor swimming pool and this apartment is right next door to it. There are other apartments in the same building making larger groups possible.
