Praz sur Arly Accommodation - Residence Les Ecrins

Located in the centre of the village and only 400m from the ski lifts, this newly built traditional wooden chalet residence couldn't be any more convenient. The 37 lodges can accommodate from between 2 and 8 people, and facilities include jacuzzi, sauna, satellite television, outdoor parking, a large reception/lounge area with fireplace. The 37 lodges can welcome from 2 to 8 people and are comfortably equipped with living room with sofa bed, TV (with supplement), kitchenette including dish-washer, ceramic hobs, refrigerator, microwave oven with grill, bathroom or shower, separate WC, and their own balcony.

Praz sur Arly - The Resort

Nestled in the heart of the Alps, Praz-sur-Arly's climate and beautiful surroundings are influenced by its proximity to Mont Blanc. Unlike many other resorts Praz-sur-Arly has managed to retain the authenticity and charm of a traditional Savoyard village.

On The Mountain: Praz-sur-Arly is in the centre of a large ski domain: the "Espace Diamant" which is linked to Notre-Dame-de-Bellecombe, Les Saisies, Crest-Volant and Flumet making more than 150km of slopes. The ski area of Praz-sur-Arly itself, between 1,000 and 1,983 metres, has 26 runs covering 60km for all levels of skiing. Artificial snow ensures good conditions on the beginners’ slopes and its north-facing slopes guarantee snow throughout the season.
Apart from skiing there are numerous other activities on offer in this area: snowshoe excursions, hot air ballooning, quad bikes on ice, paragliding, hang-gliding and even horse-drawn sleigh rides.

On The Town: The village has several restaurants offering traditional dishes such as tartiflette or fondue. There are a couple of bars and even a late night disco.
The famous resort of Megeve, only 3 km away, offers various activities including a sports centre, shopping centre, casino, cinema, open air ice rink, swimming pools, bowling alley and fitness centre as well as a wide variety of restaurants, bars and a jazz-club.
