Les Arcs is a ski resort located in Savoie, France, in the Tarentaise Valley town of Bourg-Saint-Maurice. It is a part of the huge Paradiski system - an area served by a slick lift system, and snow reliability is good, with lots of snow-sure runs over 2,000m and plenty of snowmaking. The joint Paradiski area has a total of 425km of pistes, putting it up there with the biggest ski areas in the world. It is super for all levels with ski to your door access.
The easiest access to Les Arcs is via Eurostar to Bourg St Maurice, from where it is only a 20 minute journey up to the resort via the funicular railway or taxi. Alternatively, there are many airlines offering flights into Chambery, Geneva and Lyon airports, all around 2 to 2.5 hours drive away.
